Substory 28: The Hungry Cat Strategy Guide
Give the hungry cat specific types of fish to max out your bond with it.
This substory can be cleared by simply giving the hungry cat any fish once. Then, you will need to offer it some fish four more times to max out your bond with it. Use the guide below to help you raise your friendship with the cat quickly.

Catch from by fishing or buying them at the Fushimi Fish Market.
You can get fish by catching it at fishing spots or by purchasing them at the Fushimi Fish Market. All types of fish, including Red Seam and Tuna, that the hungry cat will ask for can be bought their if you enough money to spare.
Also, East Umekojicho is in Rakugai, not Rakunai. So many mistakes here…
