Substory 49: Last Stand of the Panthers Strategy Guide
Deliver 12 letters in Fushimi against Takeda.
The race will start after you talk with Takeda and the women. The delivery destinations are displayed on the mini map. After a delivery is completed, the mark will disappear. Use the mini map to your advantage and find the best path to deliver the letters.
This will be the last race against the Panthers so avoid bumping into people and tiring yourself so you can take the lead against Takeda. You can always save the game before you proceed with the substory so you can try again if you lose in the race.
