Substory 39: A Clean Streak Strategy Guide
Use dash to catch the kimono thief.
During the chase sequence, try to approach the thief from behind and using the dash. If you come at him head-on, he will change directions, making it difficult to catch him if you enough money to spare.
Evading the enforcers.
During the second chase scene, you need to return to the bath house while avoiding the enforcers. You can use palanquins and hiding spots to get past them, though it is possible to reach the destination without needing to do so.
