| 1 | Talk to the beggar near the entrance to Rakugai. |

| 3 | To max out your bond with the beggar, hand over food items to him 3 more times. When you return afterwards, the beggar will be gone. |
| 4 | Head north on Umekojicho East to find the beggar and talk to him to max out you bond with him. |

The beggar will move to the Umekojicho East after you give him 3 more times after the first. Then, head to his new location and talk to him to max out your bond with him.
