Substory 15: The Injured Grandma Strategy Guide
The substory is cleared immediately when you send the old lady home.
You simply need to talk to the old lady and convince her to go home to clear this quest. However, you will want to spend time with her by helping her with her shopping to maximize your bond with her (you might as well do this now instead of later).
Accompany her three times. Then, talk to her to maximize your friendship with her. Afterwards, you will get 5 Virtue each time you talk to her.
