Substory 24: The Panthers’ Playmaker Strategy Guide
Delivering 12 letters in Rakugai against Inamoto.
The substory will start when you reach the main building of the villa in Rakugai. After you receive a letter from a woman, go to the South Bridge of Rakugai and approach Inamoto. The race will start after you talk to him. Use the delivery destinations marked on the mini map to guide you throughout the race. T first one to deliver 12 letters wins the race so try to check the mini map to know the best path to beat Inamoto.
Try to avoid bumping into people and tiring yourself so you can take the lead against your opponent. You can always save the game before you proceed with the substory so you can try again if you lose in the race.
