Give the Mysterious Merchant the items that he wants to max out your bond with him.
This substory can be cleared once you give the Mysterious Merchant 10 Tomatoes (can be obtained from farming in Another Life). He will then ask for 4 specific items that he needs. Give them to him to max out your bond with him.
