How to Get Gold Cards in Sonic Frontiers
What are Gold Cards?
Gold Cards are a type of rare collectible in Sonic Frontiers which are used to purchase valuable items at the Token store. While not confirmed from official sources, it is likely that Gold Cards can be traded in to obtain Portal Gears (among other rare stock) from the shop.
Ways to Get Gold Cards
Reel in a Treasure Box in the Fishing Minigame.
You can get a Gold Card from Big the Cat when you manage to fish out a rare object called a Treasure Box during the Fishing minigame. The exact conditions and rate of appearance of this object is currently unknown, though it is expected that it is the hardest to reel in out of all possible catches at a Fishing Spot.
Note that fish or objects caught other than the Treasure Box will reward you with varying amounts of Treasure Tokens which can also be used to buy items from the Token store.
