What is an Armor?

Armors in Halo Infinite are one of the most important unlockable in game and it is essential to every player to have a preferred armors. There is a long list of everything that an Armor includes in the game, such as the cores, kits (skin), and each parts of it.

Armor Cores

Name	Information	How to Unlock
Mark VII	MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor Default and the latest armor core in game by Materials Group.	Default and already equipped.
Rarity:	Rare
Mark V (B)	Created by the Materials Group and was made before the fall of Reach.	Need to unlock Level 1 of the Premium Battle Pass (Heroes of Reach) during Season 1.
Rarity:	Epic
Yoroi	From Fractures Samurai, an armor that came from a different realm.	Need to unlock at Level 5 of the Tenrai Event (Fracture)
Rarity:	Legendary

Armor Kits

Armor Kits are the new feature in Halo Infinite, it allows you to customize your Armor Cores and your overall look. These features includes a very new look for your character and some of them are exclusive or can be unlocked as you play through the game.

There are also some armor kits that you can purchase at in-game store and also from availing the Battle Pass.

Armor Coatings

Armor Coatings are also one of the new features in Halo Infinite. This features customizing your skin to a new different kind of colors, textures, and patterns.

How to Get Cosmetic Items

Armor Emblem

Armor Emblems are the decal features that can be attached on your Spartan’s chest (left side). The design of the emblem can be symbols, logos, icons, and characters which you can customize.

Armor Effects

Armor Effects are the animated feature in your overall look, it adds an aura to your spartan which creates a unique ambience and vibe all around your armor and surroundings.

List of Armor Pieces

Helmets and Visors

A part of your armor which covers the head of your character, one of the required armor pieces that you need to wear for your Spartan. Can be customize as well on the Armory Hall.

Chests

A non-essential part of your armor as this only serves as a decoration which you can also customize for your character. This adds a design on your Spartan’s torso part.

Shoulder Pads (Left/Right)

Another non-essential part of your armor as this only serves as a decoration which you can also customize for your character. This adds a design on your Spartan’s shoulders for more design.

Gloves and Wrists

A required armor piece for your spartan as it needs protection on its hands. Can be customize as well on the Armory Hall.
