What is A Threat Sensor?

Threat Sensor is an equipment that can be used together with a MJOLNIR (GEN3) armor in Halo Infinite. It is also available only in multiplayer mode and it is essential to utilize this tool to have an idea on where your enemies are located. The function of this tool is to highlight enemies in a certain area. You may locate and see through enemies (which will be a red form) using the sensor dart that will last around 8 seconds.

You can easily locate this equipment across the map and looting areas in Multiplayer Mode, this item also spawns in specific Equipment Dispensers. Here’s the list of areas on where you can find the Threat Sensor equipment.

  1. Deadlock
  2. Fragmentation
  3. High Power
  4. Launch Site

It is also important to note that there is a limited usage count on the Threat Sensor, you can carry and use it 2 to 4 times during the Big Team Battle game mode.

How to Use

Once you have found and picked up a Threat Sensor equipment, you need to know that this tool has a 5-second cooldown and it’s better to use this on crucial moments or entering a new area by scanning for nearby enemies. To activate the equipment, aim at the certain area you wanna scan around, press the RB Button on Xbox or Q key on the PC and it will deploy a dart.

All Game Controls

Threat Sensor are also weak and can be easily destroyed by only a few gun shots whenever the enemy has spotted a sensor dart. A great tip to do is aiming your Threat Sensor dart just to a wall of another room (just not the same room of the enemy) or you may also directly aim for the enemy as this will serve as a tracking device, and they won’t be able to remove the dart.
