How to Get and Use Overshield in Halo Infinite
What is Overshield?
Overshield is an equipment that can be used in the Multiplayer Mode of Halo Infinite. It is one of the best defensive equipment piece. By picking up some Power Equipment, you can a much more stronger shield and it will increase your shield bar. When this gadget is activated, it will grant you extra 2 layers to your shield and it will last at around 40 seconds or until it is burnt-out.
Where to find?
It is known that this gadget is rare as this item only spawns in specific Power Equipment Dispensers, they are also randomized between the Active Camo. Here’s a list of areas where you can find the Overshield equipment. It is basically available almost every map except the Streets.

- Behemoth
- Deadlock
- Fragmentation
- High Power
- Launch Site
- Live Fire
- Recharge
It is also important to note that there is a limited usage count on the Overshield, you can carry 1 charge at a time.
How to Use
Once you have found and picked up a Overshield equipment, it’s better to use this on crucial moments or during a battle with an enemy. To activate the equipment, just press the RB Button on Xbox or Q key on the PC.
