The Road
Locate and Rescue the Pilot
| 1 | Follow the mission marker down the slope and take out the Banished on the lower outpost. Use a sniper to pick off the Elite standing in the open and any Grunts or Brutes that you can get a clear shot on from the side of the hill. |

| 2 | To the left of the outpost are two UNSC soldiers that you can free. Afterwards, help them clear out the shielded Jackals in the area. Up on the ramp nearby is a Scorpion that you can board to help you take out the enemies as you head for the marked location. Look for fusion coils that you can shoot down to take out clusters of Banished along the path. |
| 3 | Alternatively, you can simply make a run for it toward the marked location, nabbing a Ghost at one of the large outposts you will pass by along the way. |
Activate the Bridge Mechanism
| 1 | Head for the terminal to connect the bridge. |
