Tremonius Boss Strategies
Here is a breakdown of the battle strategies against the boss:
Preserve your Shield
Preserve your shield while engaging the boss. Take your time killing the minions and the boss.
Eliminate the two Jackals first
Setup fusion coils outside the elevator and lure the minions close to it. Set them off using a Frag Grenade or shoot them. If the Jackals still survive, finish them off using a Hard Light fusion coil obtained from Cylix room.
Take cover from Tremonius’ Charge Attack
Dance around and use the pillars or the elevator to take cover from damage especially with his charge attack.
Drain Tremonius’ Shield
Use the Pulse Carbine or a charged Plasma Pistol to drain the shield of the boss. Stick with Plasma weapons to diminish the shiel’s white bar.
Deal heavy damage using Sticky Grenades
Once the shield is gone, deal heavy damage using Sticky Grenades. Bait the boss to do a jump and dash. Then, throw the grenade
Land headshots using Kinetic Weapons
Use your Kinetic weapon and deal headshots as many as you can. If you have a Skewer on-hand, make use of it against the boss.
Use Grappleshot to grab fusion coils
While engaging the boss, use your Grappleshot gadget to acquire a fusion coil nearby. Simply, toss it toward the boss when it goes to a corner or lands from a jump and dash attack.
Grab the Disruptor to deal more damage
Drop your Pulse Carbine and pick up the Disruptor on the weapon rack across the elevator. For effective damage, use it only when the shield of the boss is down.
