Walkthrough

Safehouse – Shisando – Karakucho – Axis

1 Head to the Safehouse.
2 Afterwards, go to Shisando and talk to Milady at Bar Heidrun.
3 Then, go to Karakucho and talk to Saizo in front of Dela Mancha.
4 Head to Komadori Orphanage and talk to Arrow.
5 Return to the Safehouse.
6 Travel to Axis. At this point, 24th Ward Municipal Towers (the game’s final area) will be accessible in addition to new Soul Matrix areas.
7 Before going to 24th Ward Municipal Towers, try to clear any available Requests as defeating the final boss in the next area will immediately trigger the ending.

24th Ward Municipal Towers – Sea Area 1F

1 Follow the road going north and head east at the fork.
2 Continue following it to another fork and take the path going north.
3 Keep going north and then west to unlock the “North Portal.”
4 Prepare to battle the Summoner Rifleman and the Summoner Swordswoman. The man is weak to Ice while the woman is weak to Elec. Take out Thunder Bird using Gun skills and Decarabia with Ice.

Try to take out Decarabia first as it will constantly use Makarakarn to reflect magic attacks.

5 Approach the plants near the wall to activate the Flow of Power and ride it to the 2F.

24th Ward Municipal Towers – Sea Area 2F and 3F

1 Follow the path forward on the 2F.
2 You will come across three Decarabias in the next area. Talk to the Decarabia to the south to activate the Flow of Power.
3 Ride the Flow of Power to the 3F.
4 At the 3F, head to the southern section of the map and ride the Flow of Power back to the 2F.
5 Back at the 2F, head northwest to find a Flow of Power but the Decarabia will be missing. Go east from there and talk to the Decarabia to activate the Flow of Power.
6 Ride the Flow of Power back to the 3F.
7 Back at the 3F, go west and talk to the Decarabia there (the guardian of the unattended Flow of Power on the 2F). You will then be automatically be transported to the unattended Flow of Power on the 2F. After the Decarabia activates it, head down to the 1F.

24th Ward Municipal Towers – Sea Area 1F

1 Head south and prepare to battle Azazel.
2 Azazel is weak against Force but will use Principle of Wisdom to change his weakness to Physical.

As you continue to whittle down Azazel’s HP, he will start to use Guillotine Fake to reduce all allies’ HP to 1. Be sure to fully heal the party on your next turn as the boss will cast Megidolaon twice to deal massive damage.

3 Head to the 4F by riding the Flow of Power.

24th Ward Municipal Towers – Sea Area 4F

1 Follow the path on the 4F. Your next destination is the Flow of Power to the south.
2 Ride the Flow of Power to reach the 24th Ward Municipal Towers – Bone Area.

24th Ward Municipal Towers – Bone Area

1 Just follow the linear path along the Bone area.
2 Prepare to battle Hozumi.
3 Hozumi will fight alongside Cerberus, Cu Chulainn, Titania, and Giri Mekhala.

Your first priority is to take down Hozumi’s allies first, starting with Titania who will cast Makarakarn for their team. Attack it with Physical skills to build Sabbath stacks.

Afterwards, take down Hozumi’s other summons. Cerberus is weak against Ice, Cu Chulainn to Elec, and Giri Mekhala to Fire, Ice, Elec, and Force. Hozumi himself will not be vulnerable to any type of element but will negate Ailment attacks.

4 After defeating Hozumi, you will need to get the 4 keys held by an Aion Illusion found all throughout the map to proceed to the final gate. Note that your responses to each Aion Illusion’s question will determine what key you will get and two other significant elements moving forward.

Answering “I do” to an Aion Illusion’s question will let you receive a Sunlight Key and immediately lock you into the normal “bad” ending. If you want to get the true “good” ending, you must answer “I do not” to ALL Aion Illusions. This will allow you to receive Moonlight Keys from each of them instead.

The answers you give to each Aion Illusion will also determine the number of Dominions you will fight later at the final gate. For simplicity, you can just answer “I do” > “I do” > “I do not” > “I do not” to reduce the number of Dominions to 1. This will, however, set you up for the bad ending.

Answering “I do not” to all Aion Illusions will get you the good ending at the cost of having to fight 3 Dominions which is not too difficult anyway.

5 Head north to the final gate and open it. Then, prepare to battle Dominion/s.
6 Regardless of whether you are up against one or more Dominions, just pummel them with strong Physical and Ailment skills to build Sabbath stacks and heal when necessary to end the fight.
7 After defeating Dominion, head for the final door. You will be warned that crossing the threshold is a point-of-no-return so feel free to go back to the world map if you need to prepare or do anything else before beginning the final battle. Some things to do before proceeding further are to complete all Soul Matrix floors, Requests, farm money for New Game Plus (NG+), and registering more demons in the compendium.
8 Before going into the fight, it is highly recommended to have the Master Conversion Commander Skill. This will allow you to change the equipped demons of all allies in 4 turns. This is useful for defeating the 4 clones the boss will summon during the first phase of the fight and when the boss uses Logos Collapse to randomly changes all allies’ demons during the second phase.

If possible, try to also have the Ailment Immunity to counter the boss’ multi-debuff which inflicts Sleep, Dazed, and Seal during the second phase of the fight. Otherwise, be sure to have the Mepatra skill or bring Mepatra Beads to recover from status ailments.

Cyber Aion is weak against Force that you can exploit to build Sabbath stacks. She will mostly attack with Arclight and Maziodyne to deal massive damage on the party. Designate a healer to manage the party’s HP.

Cyber Aion will mostly attack with Gun and Elec skills so equipping demons with resistance against them are also recommended. The boss will also frequently use Neo Dogma to make targets more susceptible to Gun damage.

Later in the first phase of the fight, Cyber Aion will summon clones of itself that all have various attribute affinities. You must take out each clone to damage the boss’ main body.

For simplicity’s sake, you can just use all-target Physical and Elec skills. Note that some of the clones will resist them but will not reflect them. This strategy will still allow you to build Sabbath stacks as the green clone is weak against Elec while the purple one is vulnerable to Physical. Taking out the purple clone should be your priority as it will constantly use Makarakarn on their team. Afterwards, slowly take down Cyber Aion’s clones to deal damage to her main body. When all clones have been dealt with, the boss will be at very low health so just keep attacking her to end the first phase of the fight.

9 For the second phase, the Figue will completely merge with Aion. The boss will start the fight by casting Physis Paradox to apply debuffs to all allies. Quickly remove these with Dekunda Beads.

When the boss uses Meta Sacrament, debuff it with Dekaja afterwards.

The boss is resistant to all attributes during the first turn, so spend time casting buffs on the party instead of attacking.

After the first turn, the boss will start to change it weakness to two types of attributes so change out your demons when necessary to hit the enemy’s weakness and build Sabbath stacks. Note that the boss will always negate Ailment attacks so avoid using them for this fight.

When the boss summons an Apostle, take it out as quickly as possible since it will draw out your Sabbath with Decoy.

Always be ready to heal when you see the boss start to gather energy with Sing. It will then use Endless Light on its next turn to deal massive damage the party while inflicting status ailments.

10 After defeating the final boss, you can choose to “reach out” to Figue to view the good ending if you only obtained Moonlight Keys at the Bone Area of the 24th Ward Municipal Towers. Otherwise, you will automatically get the bad ending.
11 Watch the ending.
