Command your demons allies to do a Demon Recon

Look for them using your map and the more you have demons in your stock, the more mining points or recruitable demons they can find.
Recruit and fuse for stronger demons
Get into the habit of recruiting and fusing new demons. This is essential especially when you’re entering new areas or dungeons. Keep demons that have access to certain skill types while fusing other ally demons to gain stronger versions of their skill types.
Don’t forget to register demons in the compendium
Before fusing, register the demons first. It is better for them to have their skill unlocked to have options when carrying over their skills to the new demon.
Exploit the weaknesses of enemy demons
Targeting the elemental or affinity weaknesses of enemies is essential in the game. Affinities range from Physical, Gunfire, Elemental (Fire, Ice, Electric, Force, Ailment), and Almighty skills.
Unlike previous Devil Summoner, Shin Megami Tensei, and Persona games, you can determine the weaknesses of enemies already by hovering over their character models. This means you have fewer chances to unleash skills that they can Resist, Null, Absorb, or Reflect.
Cover your party’s weaknesses
In the same manner, cover each of your party member’s elemental weaknesses. Ways of protection include new equipment that minimizes or null damage from certain skill types.
Tips and Tricks for Party Members
Increase Soul Level for all party members
Make it a point to boost your Soul Level especially when you unlock new areas in the Soul Matrix. Increase the Soul Level of all party members and not only Ringo.
Hang out with your party members in certain locations such as the local bar. Also, pick the right dialogue choices in conversations with your party member to increase their Soul Level.
Equip the right Mystiques to all party members
Apart from Soul Levels, attach Mystiques items to each of your party members to boost their capabilities in battle. Mystiques are a type of rare item that can be attached to COMPs (weapons).
Some powerful effects of Mystiques are increased skill/affinity damage, a reduced MP cost of skills, and even the ability to use new skills. This makes these items very useful for improving a character’s overall performance in battle.
Upgrade your COMPs
Go to the COMP smith to upgrade each party member’s COMP weapon. Prioritize the attack boost upgrade for each COMP weapon.
Shop for accessories
