After clearing the main story on Normal, try  to aim for the SOLDIER of Legend (Gold trophy) achievement which can only be unlocked by beating the game on Hard.

Obtain missed rewards from Missions you did not do.

You can progress through the game again to clear optional Missions you missed doing in your previous playthrough. Note that many high-level Missions allow you to get useful accessories, including two of the extremely powerful Genji equipment in the game.

Unlock all missed achievements.

NG+ also lets you obtain collection-related trophies and achievements that you failed to unlock during your first playthrough. These include the trophies obtained based on Mission completion progress, DMW image collection, mail collection, and constructing all Flower Wagon types.
