Clear Mission 4-5-4.
You can get Goblin Punch Materia as a reward for completing the Mission 4-5-4, Annihilate the Crescent Unit. Zack will be facing Wutai enemies and he needs to eliminate them to finish this mission. However it will require you to finish Mission 4-5-3 before getting this mission.
