How to Unlock
Unlocked in Chapter 4
The number guessing mini-game becomes available in Chapter 4 after you retrieve your wallet from the boy in Sector 5 slums. To access the mini-game, talk to the boy in the market area.
Once you have unlocked the Materia pick-up mini-game in Chapter 4, try to clear it before leaving for Nibelheim in Chapter 9. Since you will not be able to return to Shinra HQ after leaving Midgar, not clearing it and going to Nibelheim will cause you to permanently miss out on getting the Bingo (Bronze trophy) achievement for the duration of the playthrough.

Mechanics
The number guessing mini-game simply requires you to guess the number of children that are among the six people passing in front of Zack. Note that participating in the mini-game requires a fee of 70 Gil.
Rewards
Below is a list of all obtainable rewards for guessing correctly in the mini-game. The item you receive for winning is based on the prize of the day which is random. The chance for equipment like certain Materia and accessories to appear, however, is lower compared to that of consumable items. Because of this, you can play as much as you like to get them all.

If you guess wrong, you will simply get a Tissue.
Number Guessing Mini Game Tips
Pay an extra 70 Gil to let the boy help you.
You can shell out 70 Gil to hear what the boy thinks the number is. He will say 3 numbers (one of which is the correct one), making it slightly easier to guess the correct number.
Let Aerith choose.
You can also ask for help from Aerith on the correct number. Based on your affection for her, she can narrow down her choices to help you guess correctly. To increase your affection for Aerith, you can try doing the Materia pick-up and perfume blending mini-games.
