How to Get Mysterious Fragments in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl
What are Mysterious Fragments?
Mysterious Fragments are rare treasure items in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl (Pokemon BDSP) that you can find while digging in the Grand Underground. These can be exchanged for various Legendary Slates in Ramanas Park, allowing you to encounter Legendary Pokemon from other titles in the series.
Note that you will only be able to access Ramanas Park after clearing the main story. This requires you to register your name in the Sinnoh Pokemon League’s Hall of Fame by defeating the Elite Four (Aaron, Bertha, Flint, and Lucian) and Champion (Cynthia).

Exchange for Legendary Slates in Ramanas Park
As mentioned, you can trade in Mysterious Fragments you have collected in the Grand Underground for different Legendary Slates which usually require 1 Mysterious Fragment L or 3 Mysterious Fragment S. Upon obtaining a Slate, you can place them at the corresponding room inside Ramanas Park to summon various Legendary Pokemon to catch them.
