Special Evolution Conditions in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl
Certain Pokemon in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl (Pokemon BDSP) will not evolve by simply reaching a specific level. These Pokemon will only reach their next evolution stages through special conditions such as trading them with other players, using special items, or even leveling them up at specific times of the day.

In this version I was able to evolve Eevee to Leafeon with just a leafstone
Lickitung will evolve no matter the level as long as it knows Rollout. Mine was at level 19 caught in the Grand Underground and evolved at 20 as it already knew Rollout. Mamoswine should be noted that in order to learn the move, player needs to go the Move Reminder.
