Melee and Long Range Sentinels with EMP skills are effective against Drill Flies so it is recommended to have them in your team. Have one Universal and one Flight Support Sentinel to complete the team to meet the special condition (have 4 or less units in the attacking team).
Mission Strategy Guide
| 1 | (1) A group of medium-sized flying Kaiju will appear southwest of the terminal. (2) Small flying monsters will approach from the southwest. (3) Another group of small flying Kaiju will come from the northwest. (4) A group of medium-sized flying monsters and Drill Fly will attack from the north. |

| 2 | Have a Flight Support Sentinel an Long Range Sentinel take out the first horde. Have the pair engage the next wave as well. |
| 3 | All other units should wait northwest near the terminal. Attack the third group of enemies using the Flight Support Sentinel. |
| 4 | When the final wave of monsters appear, attack with all units with Universal and Flight Support Sentinels focusing on all enemies except the Drill Fly. |
| 5 | Approach the Drill Fly with the Melee and Long Range Sentinel. |
| 6 | The latter should use EMP Stunner when the Drill Fly is in range. Finish off the enemy with the Melee Sentinel. |
