Have a Melee and Flight Support Sentinel with Speed Flare and Anti-air Flare respectively in the team to deal with Twin Tails. Melee and Long Range Sentinels should have EMP attacks (EMP Attractor, EMP Surrounding Field, EMP Stunner) to bring down flying enemies such as Drill Flies and Terra Carriers.

Mission Strategy Guide

1 (1) A group of enemies consisting of Twintails, Apsos, and Hunters will appear in the east. (2) The second group made up of Terra Carrier, Drill Fly, Twintail, Hi-Quad, and Drum Mine will attack from the south. (3) The last group consisting of RPF and Twintail appear in the south.
2 Twin Tails will constantly be among the waves of enemies that appear in the mission and will be bombarding you with missiles. Melee and Flight Support Sentinels should use flares to counter this.
3 Focus all attacks immediately on the Apsos and RPF when they appear.
