How to Obtain
The Nora Silent Hunter Heavy Outfit is obtained by trading 800 Metal Shards and 1 Bellowback Heart from the Hunting Goods Merchant near the Main Embrace Gate after defeating the Corruptor boss in the Main Questline.

On the PC version, the bonus stealth is 30, not 50. I’m not sure if the same armor in other places is better but at Daytower, the merchant there sells the armor with 2 slots for 800 shards and 1 bellowback heart.
