      • Hi All!

As of today, we couldn’t discover any official details about the battle enhancement mode added in FFVII Nintendo Switch port.

Though we can have an idea of what Square Enix did to the FFIX Nintendo Switch port:

“Max. Level, Max. Gil, Instantly learn all abilities; Battle assistance mode (no ATB waiting time and HP/MP recovery)”

        • Disappointing. The game is easy as it is, especially after the nth time playing. Some ways to increase difficulty or give you a reason to actually use half of the materia would have been nice.

          • But then fighting Emerald Weapon is purely a joke. Mind you, I used to play an emulator of this game and I’d state save while fighting Emerald and Ruby and use Cait Sith’s second and final limit break, Roulette. I’d state save it so I always lined up the Cait Sith emblems and get an instant kill on the bosses. Yes, it works on the bosses – including Safer Sephiroth. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

          • “This game is too easy if you cheat, so we need the original devs to add features to make it harder.”

      • how do you find this in the game, it doesn’t even tell you the combination of controls to access other than the 3x speed.
