| 1 | Use a Floo Flame going to the Defence Against the Dark Arts Classroom to meet Sebastian. |

| 2 | After talking to Sebastian, follow him into the secret room so you can talk more privately. |
| 3 | Inspect and explore the room, you can use Revelio to check on the chest. |
| 4 | Speak with Sebastian again, you will talk about Ominis. |
| 5 | Sebastian will mention a Blasting Curse and he will teach you so continue practing. |
| 6 | You will learn how to cast Confringo and talk to Sebastian again regarding ancient magic. |
| 7 | After the conversation, the quest will be completed once you leave the Undercroft. |
