About 20 to 25 hours to clear the main story in normal difficulty

The main story campaign in Hogwarts Legacy will take players 20 to 25 hours to complete on standard difficulty. In normal difficulties, completing extra side quests and optional stuff in the game will take between 60 and 70 hours.

Additional 30 to 40 hours overall to clear side quests, collectibles, and other activities

Players looking to get 100% completion (Platinum trophy) are likely to get a significant number of extra hours with the title for unlocking various trophies and achievements as well.

You’ll also need 3 more partial playthroughs to visit the Map Chamber for each house. Restart the game and play with a new character for 3 to 4 hours before saving its progress and achieving its Map Chamber trophy or achievement.

Post-Game Features

You can still spend time clearing unresolved side quests, incomplete trinkets, and outstanding relationship arcs with other NPCs after completing the main story of Hogwarts Legacy.
