The Hippogriff Marks the Spot Side Quest Walkthrough
| 1 | Travel to Poidsear Castle and get the Rolled Parchment. |
|---|---|
| 2 | Head to Henrietta’s Hideout near the Merlin Trial at Manor Cape. |
| 3 | When you reach the Merlin Trial, take the stairs leading underground. |
| 4 | Cast Incendio on the statue to make a cube appear. Afterwards, place the cube on the pedestal using Windgardium Levioso (Accio will also work). |
| 5 | Use Incendio again but this time hit left cube. Then, hit the cube on the right with Glacius. |
| 6 | The door at the back will be unlocked. Enter it and take down the enemies that appear. |
| 7 | Approach the statue at the center of the area and use Incendio on it. You need to light four specific pots around the statue while keeping the others unlit.
Using the front of the statue figure as reference, light the north one, northwest one, south one, and southwest one. You can start over if you make a mistake by using Glacius. |
| 8 | Go past the phoenix statue and open the chest inside the secret room to clear the quest. |
