The roof of a brown apartment building west of the park.
How to Get
- Obtain seeds from the southeastern corner of the park.
- Head west and look for a brown apartment building with a taxi parked near a scooter.
- Jump from the taxi to the roof of the building.
- Look for the pot next to the water tower.
- Wait for 15 minutes to collect the power moon.
