How to Get
- From Tostarena Town, head northwest.
- As you head northwest, you’ll spot a building covered with posters.
- Talk to the Tostarenan citizen at the northeast corner and he’ll ask you if you can help clean up.
- Using Cappy, throw it to tear off all the posters on the building.
- Once the building’s clean, approach the Tostarenan citizen to finally get the Poster Cleanup Power Moon.
