What is Classified Intel?
Classified Intels are mostly miniboss battles where you can obtain items and materials required to complete other side quests or craft accessories. Each region in Midgar has one Classified Intel except the Meridian Ocean Region.

Instructions: Head directly to the beach and swim north to find the intel’s location.
Corel Classified Intel

Instructions: Equip the Steal Materia before heading into the battle. You will need to use Steal on Tonberry King’s crown once it is dropped to complete the Side Quest: The Saga of the Seaside Inn.
Gongaga Classified Intel

Instructions: You will be facing a Great Malboro in this battle. It is weak against the Ice element, and it can be easily staggered by Tifa’s attacks. Once it is staggered, use other party members to cast Ice Spells. Repeat the strategy until the enemy is defeated.
Cosmo Canyon Classified Intel

Instructions: The Classified Intel’s location is located inside a cave in the southwest area of the Cosmo Canyon region. Once you reach the exact location, you will have to defeat the Jabberwock in a battle. It is weak against Fire attacks, and it can be staggered by Tifa’s Rise and Fall attack. Once the enemy is staggered, go all-out and use other party members to cast heavy Fire Spells.
Nibel Classified Intel

Instructions: You will be fighting King Zu, a flying enemy that is weak against Lightning element. Watch out for its Swan Song attack and target both its wings while it is preparing to launch the attack. Use Lightning Spells, such as Thundaga and Thundara, to destroy both wings.
After successfully destroying King Zu’s wings, it will become pressured and prone to being staggered. It is recommended to use Tifa once again to unleash attacks that can stagger the enemy quickly, and once it is staggered, go all-out and use your highest-dealing-damage attacks (limit breaks, strong lightning spells, etc.).
