Open the treasure chest in Coolant Control B3F of the Gongaga Reactor.
The Golden Collar can be obtained by opening the purple-lit treasure chest in the Coolant Control B3F of the Gongaga Reactor. To get to the treasure chest, first enter Coolant Control B2, then move the crates in the direction of the steel container that is covered with ivy. After that, climb onto the crates and enter the narrow passageway on the back wall.
Additionally, the treasure chest containing the Golden Collar becomes accessible during Chapter 9 Main Scenario: The Shadow Beckons.
