Rest at benches.
Resting at benches fully restores the party’s HP and MP, functioning similarly to inns but do not require you to pay a fee in gil to use. Benches can be used as many times as you like and are usually placed as checkpoints in between large dungeon sections filled with enemies or throughout the game’s explorable open world.

Stay at inns.
As mentioned, inns also recover the party’s HP and MP to maximum but at the cost of a fee for the night’s stay. Unlike benches, however, inns are mostly found in towns and villages.
