How to Unlock Junon Parade Mini Game
Unlocked by entering the city of Junon.
When you reach the Junon Airport, head to the airport barracks. Then, change your clothes to disguise as an infantryman. Follow the Shinra commander out to the Junon streets to join the parade event.

Junon Parade Mini Game Overview
A returning Rhythm-Based mini game.
March Parade Overview
Same with the original parade march mini game, you follow your fellow Shinra soldiers’ movements and positions during the march. Earn high television ratings and you will be rewarded with items and bonus Gil.
In Rebirth, you will take control more than one party member in the march parade like Tifa and Red XIII.
Posing Event Overview
After the march, you need to listen the instructions of the Shinra commander and do his specific poses in front of President Rufus. Stay with the formation while doing the posing mini game to earn an accessory, Materia, or a sword weapon.
You will still most likely take control of Cloud for this particular event.
