In Horizon Zero Dawn, there are 3 different Skills paths to choose from: Prowler, Brave, and Forager. Each Path contain a list of different moves that Aloy can learn. For each enemy defeated, Aloy earns XP. As Aloy obtains more XP, she will eventually level up. By leveling up, Aloy earns Skill Points which she can allocate to learn a certain Skill. Bear in mind that some have their own Prerequisite and Skill Point Requirement.

Brave focuses on damage dealing tactics.

Precision Light spear attacks have an increased chance to knock off armor and components. 1 –

Knock Down Heavy spear attacks will knock down machines faster. 3 Precision +
Fighting Back Heavy spear attacks deal increased damage when Aloy’s health is low. 3 Knock Down
Heavy Lifter Move faster while wielding a heavy weapon. 2 –
Concentration Plus Increases the maximum duration of Concentration 3 Heavy Lifter
Fast Reload Faster reload while using Concentration. 3 Concentration +
Double Shot Notch an additional arrow on all bow weapons while aiming. 3 Heavy Lifter
Triple Shot Notch up to 3 arrows at once on all bow weapons while aiming. 3 Double Shot
