Starfield - Best Way to Earn Experience

Best Ways to Farm XP Guide for Starfield

1. Buy bullets.

Be sure to purchase enough ammo for the weapons you use to hunt monsters in New Atlantis. You can buy bullets at Well’s “Trade Authority”, “UC Surplus”, “UC Distribution” in the commercial district, and “Centaurian Arsenal” in the residential district.

2. Head to Heisenberg to farm XP.

The planet where you can earn lots of experience points (XP) is a level 55 planet called “Heisenberg.” Once you arrive at Heisenberg, land on “Heisenberg II”.

Escapes Dogfights with  Grav Jump.

You may encounter the Crimson Fleet on planets along the way to Heisenberg and engage them in battle. If your opponent’s level is too high, don’t force yourself to fight them and just Grav Jump to advance to the next planet.

3. Rest 1 Hour in bed.

Resting in bed will give you a 10% XP buff for 24 minutes. No matter how many hours you rest, the amount of buffs you gain will not change, so you only need to rest for 1 hour. Try to use any food or drinks that increase XP if you have any as well.

4. Lower the difficulty to Very Easy.

Lower the difficulty to Very Easy from Options → Gameplay in the pause menu. Even if you lower the difficulty level, the XP you get will not change, so lower it to make farming XP easier.

5. Earn XP by defeating monsters.

Once you’re ready to farm XP, start killing monsters. The higher the level of the monster, the more  XP you can get. When there are no more monsters on the map, try landing in a different location or rest to advance the time so you can continue farming for XP.
