How to Cure Status Effects

Check your current status

When an affliction or status effect occurs on your character, a notification will pop up on your screen.

It is crucial to know what kind of affliction is affecting your character, as the cure differs depending on the symptoms.

To check your character’s status, press the Menu button (controller) or Tab key (keyboard) to open the Status screen, then select Status Effects.

In addition, you can check out the icon and color of the status effect that is currently affecting your character, making it easier to determine which item you need to cure the affliction or its symptoms.

Use Aid Items to cure the Status Effects

Status Effects can be completely cured by consuming the correct Aid Items.

Use the Aid Item that matches your affliction’s icon, or better yet, open the Status menu and check your character’s status, then find the Aid Item that treats it and its symptoms.

How to Get Aid Items

  • Buy from vendors
  • Craft in pharmaceutical lab

Visit a doctor

Another option to cure Status Effects is to visit a doctor, which can be found mostly in every city. The doctor can cure any kind of status effect in exchange for 1000 credits.
