How to Dock Guide for Starfield
How to Dock
| 1 | Select the station or ship you want to dock by pressing the A button (controller) or E key (keyboard). |

| 2 | When the Dock option appears, press and hold X button (controller) or R key (keyboard). |
Stop the enemy ship from moving
In order to dock an enemy ship, you must first stop it from moving or destroy its engine.
Deal damage to enemy ships until they stop moving. After successfully stopping their movement, you will need to be 500 meters close to your target in order to make the Dock option appear.
Hold the X button (controller) or R key (keyboard) to dock
Pressing the button or key to dock a target won’t work. Note that you have to hold down the X button or R key for a certain period of time to dock a target.
