How to find the Parents
Found inside the Pioneer Tower
Parents can only be accessible if you chose to have “Kid Stuff” trait. You can meet your parents at the Pioneer Tower in New Atlantis City (Alpha Centauri).
- Head to the NAT Tram and choose to travel to the Residential District.
- As soon as you get off the tram, you will see the Pioneer Tower.
- Take the elevator and select “Family Apartment”.
- Enter your parents’ apartment unit.
How to Get Rewards from Parents
Progress through the main story
Your parents may reward you if you keep progressing through the main story. Rewards may include armor, weapons, ship parts, and even a brand new ship that you can use throughout the game.
Furthermore, your parents may appear at the lodge or send you a note indicating that you may receive a reward from them, so don’t forget to pay them a visit once in a while.
Lastly, although this has yet to be confirmed, there are rumors that parents can upgrade your ship for free.

More Information about Parents
You can only have parents if you have the “Kid Stuff” trait.
If you chose the “Kid Stuff” trait during the character creation phase, you will have parents in the game.
Starfield Best Traits to Choose
Your parents’ faces will resemble the character you created.
Your parents’ faces will have similar characteristics to the character you created.
You can grab some items at your parents’ home.
There may be some items that you can grab at your parents’ home, such as the “High School Backpack”, which you get from your character’s room.
