The “I Met a Lake Cheep Cheep!” Power Moon can be found on Quadrant C2.

How to Get

1. Warp to the Water Plaza Entrance.
2. Possess a Cheep Cheep and swim upwards to the surface.
3. When you see a woman, jump up and on to her to to land on the small pool of water in the center.
4. She will then give you a Power Moon.
