Location

The “I Feel Underdressed” Power Moon can be found on Quadrant B1.

How to Get

  1. Warp to the Water Plaza Display Window.
  2. Go inside the shop again.
  3. Buy the swim goggles and the swimwear.
  4. Change in the closet for your swimwear outfit.
  5. Go to the other side and talk to the woman.
  6. Go inside the door and throw Cappy on the object in the center to get the Power Moon.
