Location

This Power Moon is located above the Water Plaza where three mermaids are standing near the ledge.

How to Get

  1. Buy a cowboy outfit in Sand Kingdom.
  2. Go to where the mermaids are and talk to the blue mermaid to receive the Power Moon.
