Found by spotting the taxi in the sky using the binocular stand in Lost Kingdom.

How to Get

  1. From the Odyssey, use the green binocular stand and scan the horizon for a taxi strapped to a balloon in the horizon. You will get the Power Moon after keeping the taxi in your sights for a few seconds.
