How to Get

1. For the From Inside A Bright Stone, warp to Peronza Plaza.
2. Then, head south while keeping an eye out for a Scarecrow.
3. However, don’t get the Scarecrow unless you still need that particular power moon. Instead, check the ledge near the Scarecrow where you’ll see a glowing blue stone.
4. Drop down from the ledge and land on the glowing blue stone.
5. Once you get there, ground pound around a bit. You’ll have to be a bit on the center to finally unlock the Power Moon.
