Location

Obtained after completing the Metro Kingdom Timer Challenge 2 in Metro Kingdom.

How to Get

  1. Head to the New Donk City Hall rooftop. Then, face the flag and drop down on the right side of the building to the lower ledge. Use the spark pylon to get to the highest point of the building.
  2. Look for the scooter on rooftop. Ride it to activate the P-Switch ahead to trigger the challenge.
  3. Ride the scooter around the checkered track and get key along the way to reveal the Power Moon. Get it before time runs out.
