You can find this power moon at Main Street Entrance.

How to Get

1. Obtain seeds from the southeastern corner of the park.
2. Head to the westernmost side of the town.
3. Look for the building with the slots and pass through the northern alley.
4. Wall jump to the roof of the building.
5. Walk east to find the pot.
6. Wait for 15 minutes to collect the power moon.
