How to Get

1. Use the scooter north of the Main Street Entrance flag.
2. Near the Y-intersection in front of New Donk City hall, head north and look for the blue scaffolding.
3. Head up the stairs with your scooter.
4. On top, park the scooter next to the man on the roof.
