Location

Inside the New Donk City Hall.

How to Find

  1. Enter the New Donk City Hall by the rooftop.
  2. Inside, take the rising platforms up until you get to the top.
  3. On top wall jump to the beam above another beam at the corner.
  4. Look for the chest as you traverse the last few beams.
