Location

New Donk City Hall Auditorium

How to Find

  1. Enter the New Donk City Hall Auditorium.
  2. Near the stage to the left, talk to a man to do the 2D festival again.
  3. In 2D, look for the area with the flaming barrels.
  4. Jump on the question mark blocks. Note that there are two invisible blocks above it.
  5. Use the pipe above (below) you to enter the secret room with the Power Moon.
