Rewiring the Neighborhood

Location

Near the purple Crazy Cap store.

How to Find

  1. Head into the purple Crazy Cap store and buy a Builder Helmet and Outfit.
  2. Go to the street on the west side of the Crazy Cap store.
  3. Look for a man standing near a couple of doors. He’s wearing a hardhat. Talk to him.
  4. Inside the building, use Spark Pylons to get around.
  5. Look for an area with some Fuzzies and five moon shards.
  6. Collect the moon shards and obtain Power Moon No. 39 near the exit pipe.
