Location

Head to the Outdoor Cafe flag and walk to the northwestern corner of the map.

How to Find

  1. Purchase a clown outfit in the Luncheon Kingdom.
  2. Head back to the Metro Kingdom and walk around the northwesternmost portion of New Donk City.
  3. Look for a man in a suit who’s asking for a clown to make him laugh.
